James Beard-nominated Executive Chef Johnny Leach and Executive Pastry Chef Helen Jo Leach lead the culinary team at Hotel Kansas City which also includes The Town Company, The Classic, our Lobby Bar, and Nighthawk.
The Leach family arrived in Kansas City in March 2020 to open the Hotel and have already accomplished quite a few things: The Town Company has been featured as Kansas City's Best New Restaurant (Kansas City Magazine, Dec. 2021) and one of the best new restaurants in Kansas City (Feast Magazine, Dec. 2021), as well as an appearance and story in Travel + Leisure Magazine (Aug. 2021), Art Culinaire Magazine (Sept 2022), and I can be me in KC (Feb 2022), just to name a few.
Throughout their careers, the Leach Family’s proudest accomplishments are all in conjunction with the profound relationships they have cultivated.
